How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the faster you will get to the desired products / results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land), product weight / volume and the destination (distance). Different shipping companies have different rates, but we have partnered with some of the most effective and efficient delivery companies to handle our logistics operations. How can i track my order?

Based on our current processing times, please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking information to be updated and available. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

You can also track your order by entering your email address and order number on the track my order link provided via the online store chat box.

If you have an account, you can view your orders and tracking information on My Account page.

Can i change or cancel my order?

yes, you can change or cancel your order before shipment.

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!  While we cannot cancel or change an order once it is shipped, you are welcome to return your items in accordance to our Refund policy once your order has been delivered to you.
