PAYMENT POLICY:
Arewa Collections accept:
* PayPal payments. Please make sure your PayPal account is verified. However if you do not have a PayPal account and not interested in opening one, we also accept payment by Credit Cards (see below)
* Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard etc) using PayPal solutions. In your cart, click "Check out with PayPal". At checkout, rather than signing into PayPal, on the left of the page, you will see this caption:




***Please Note: This is a secured payment service offered by PayPal at no charge to you; and we (Arewa Collections) do not get any customer's credit card information, only your payment is remitted to our account.
* Google Checkout Payments.
* Cashier's checks or Money Orders. Please let us know well ahead of time if you are paying this way, so we can reserve your order. If we do not receive your payment a week after you contact us, we will put the item back in the store for sale.
* Wire Transfer (Western Union or MoneyGram). Please contact us and we'll send you instructions via your email.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are shipped only after payment are fully processed. We will attempt to ship orders within 48 hours after payment is processed. However, orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Products with limited availability, back order or special requests may take a few days longer in processing.
Orders are shipped using United States Postal Services (USPS) at a flat rate. Express services are available only on request and we will contact you on the additional shipping costs. We can also use other services like FEDEX, UPS, DHL based on special request by our customers. Customers requesting these alternative shipping must indicate so at checkout, and we will send an invoice for any additional shipping charges to be incurred before processing.
For bulk and wholesale purchases, shipping will be based on the weight of the item. We will contact you by email/phone for the exact shipping costs before processing your order.
Additional charges may be applicable to items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping:
At this time, we ship internationally only to Canada and UK. The shipping cost includes cost of shipping from us to you and, any applicable insurance. Customers are responsible for any custom duties or taxes imposed by your Government, if applicable.
A flat rate has been set at checkout. Any additional shipping cost will be communicated to you before processing your order.
General:
We do not ship to PO Box or APO addresses. We are not responsible for shipments that are refused or undeliverable, customers will have to make new arrangements with us to reship such items again.
RETURN POLICY:
We thoroughly check all items before shipping and will accept returns only on items that are defective, or if we sent you a wrong item. Otherwise, all sales are final. If you received a wrong or defective item, you must contact us and return item in original packaging within 3 business days from the day item was received. We keep records of when items are delivered to our customers, so please contact us as soon as possible. We will check the postmark to ensure items were sent back within the 3 business day grace period.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost incurred in sending items back to us. Once your returns are received by us, we will send you a replacement. Where the item is no longer in stock, customer is free to pick another item of equal value, or get a refund.
We are not responsible for shipment that are not accepted (refused) by the customer and sent back to us. This will not be considered as a return and customer will be responsible for shipping cost required to send such orders back to them.
